Terms of Use

Short, fair, and readable, the way terms ought to be. Effective November 2026.

Who you are dealing with. Lauderdale Studio is the trade name of Flatland Provisions LLC, a Texas limited liability company. Questions: info@lauderdalestudio.com.

The site. Everything here (drawings, renderings, photographs and words) belongs to Lauderdale Studio. Enjoy it and share links to it, but do not republish it as your own.

Renderings and studio projects. The pictures on this site include studio projects and visualizations: work made to show what we do. What they show is illustrative until it is drawn and approved for a specific project.

What this site is and is not. Everything here is offered as it is, for information. We keep it accurate but make no promise that it is complete or current for your project or your city, and we are not responsible for what is built from it without us. Reading this site, or any letter, does not create a professional relationship; engagements begin with a signed proposal. Our responsibility to visitors of this site is limited to what the law does not allow us to limit.

What you send us. Sketches, surveys and photographs you attach to the project form stay yours. We read them to understand your project and prepare a proposal, keep them with your inquiry, and do not publish or share them without asking you.

The Record. Every quotation on the Record page is a message a client sent to the studio, shown with that client's permission and first name, in their own words. We give nothing in exchange for them.

Access. We want this site to work for everyone, including people who use a screen reader, a keyboard alone, or magnification, and we build toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1 at level AA. If anything here is hard for you to use, email info@lauderdalestudio.com and we will fix it or get you the information another way.

Changes. We may update these terms; the date at the top says when. Using the site after a change means you accept it.

Venue. These terms are governed by Texas law.
